Payment: prices are shown before checkout. One-time purchases are delivered as described on the product page. If we fail to deliver, email us and we'll make it right or refund it.

Not professional advice: SCorpDesk is a private document-preparation and filing service. We are not affiliated with the IRS or any government agency, and we do not provide tax or legal advice — whether an S-corp election is right for your business is a question for your CPA. Form 2553 can be filed yourself free by fax or mail; every page links the official IRS instructions.

Liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
